Reiki is an ancient Tibetan healing technique, which was rediscovered by Usui, a Japanese Buddhist in the late 19^th century. It works wonderfully in conjunction with standard medical treatments and other alternative methods, or simply alone as a way to be in touch with oneself, to heal in a broader sense, and in time to develop a strong mind-body connection.
