William and Kathleen Laziza are consummate collaborators fluent in visual art, performing arts, music, video and digital arts.  They have been creating interdisciplinary works since their early days (1970s) in Austin Texas.  Together they have been strong supporters of NYCÕs emerging artistsÕ lives by giving showcase and performance opportunities to hundreds of independent artists through the contemporary programming at their artistic brainchild Micro Museum, where Laziza routinely exhibits their interactive sculptures and media installations.

On September 25 they will be re-introducing an Ÿber version of their ÒVideoscopo" installation.  Last exhibited at Micro Museum in 2005,  ÒVideoscopoÓ features a live videoart kaleidoscope with an interactive music interface. For the next 3 years William and Kathleen Laziza will be the solo guest artists at Micro Museum and will be presenting new ideas and never before exhibited art works that include paintings, video art, small kazari-based assemblages, visual works, drawings, and conceptual performative works along side interactive sculptures and media installations.

They are planning various art parties and special performance events along the way (see schedule below) including 2011 programs that will commemorate Micro MuseumÕs 25 years on Smith Street.  Micro Museum is open every Saturday except major holiday weekends from 12-7PM ($2).  Expect the unexpected at Micro Museum.
