Micro Museums founding directors William and Kathleen Laziza exhibit "The Kissing Installation" - an human powered installation in the form of an interactive gym that changes images or speaks to you when you push, pull or glide through exercise equipment, all while having video images of Boerum Hill neighbors blowing kisses at you. Inspired to combat the tedium of routine exercise, "The Kissing Installation" is a audio or visual feedback loop of images of flowers, trees, and seaside designed to alert your senses. More!
The Lazizas will be on hand to speak about their 25 years of collaborative artistic visions and their 16 years of pioneering history on Smith street . Micro Museums uniqueness attracts international as well as regional visitors to a street filled with excellent businesses, restaurants, cultural hot spots and bars. December 20 at 6 - 8 PM.
In addition to "The Kissing Installation" check out the Lazizas ongoing exhibits in Micro Museums VIP Room which houses other interactive sculptures including,
The Videograph, Phone-i-ture, Chromophone, 3d TV, Weighing In, Invalid TV, and the Prepared Victrola. The VIP Room is a permanent exhibition viewable on Saturdays from
